Welcome Mifflin Taxpayers

Keystone is proud to welcome taxpayers from the Mifflin County Tax Collection District filing 2017 local earned income tax returns. Keystone became the earned income tax collector for the communities in Mifflin County on Jan. 1.

Those who have never filed a local return online should give Keystone's e-file a try. It's the easiest, fastest and most secure way to file a tax return - and the quickest way to get a refund.

Keystone partnered with the Juniata River Valley Chamber of Commerce, area employers, professional tax preparers and community leaders to ensure a smooth transition from Miffco Tax Service, which ceased operation on Dec. 31, 2017.

"I feel I speak for all of us when I say we are very pleased with this smooth and professional transition", said Holli Barger, Mifflin County Tax Collection Committee secretary. "It speaks well of all parties."

Keystone mailed over 26,000 tax returns to Mifflin resident taxpayers on Jan. 10.
