Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Summary:

To assist in the administration of workstations, servers, networking equipment, and other components of IT infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Keystone’s IT infrastructure and helpdesk
  • Implement new infrastructure components when required
  • Upgrade existing infrastructure technology as needed

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support Keystone’s users via helpdesk processes
  • Interact with employees and management

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate degree in Information Systems or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a professional environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in infrastructure systems
  • Research and implement resolutions to issues or improvements to systems
  • Communicate politely and effectively with end users and teammates
